  3. To make the spread: Mix crumble paneer, add finely chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and spread on the bread slice. Make sure you r spreading a thin layer.
  4. On a preheated non stick pan, apply some oil and put the paneer side down.
  5. Apply curd on top. Do not overload it with curd but put a generous amount so that the bread is coated well.
  6. Cover the slices with a large bowl. The idea is to make the spread size crisp and curd side steamed.
  7. Cook till paneer side is golden brown. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
