  1. First we have to marinate chicken add ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder,red chilli powder, salt,soya sauce and vinegar,corn flour in the chicken mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes

  3. Then add garlic paste in chicken and capsicum and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Now add chilli garlic sauce,soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder,salt and sugar in it mix and cook for 1 minute after that add chicken stock and bring it boil
  4. Now dissolved 3 tablespoon corn flour in some water. add in the boil chicken stock now cook on medium flame until it get required sauce consistency.now add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Chicken manchurian is ready
  5. Boiled rice set a side. Beat the egg add pinch of salt, black pepper. Now heat oil in pan add Beaten eggs and stir fry on medium flame then remove fried egg
  6. Add 2 tbsp oil chicken chunks and ginger garlic paste, and sirf fry.now add carrots and capsicum in it. Saute all vegetables for few minutes.then add salt,black pepper powder, white paper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce and cook for few seconds. add boiled rice,fried egg, spring onion and cook for 4 minutes in low flame
