- Add to maida and knead to a semi soft dough.Divide the dough into 3 parts,roll into a roti like structure,and cut into 1"strips.

- Boil 4 cups water and blanch the soya chaap sticks for 4 minutes.Take out and put in iced water for 2 minutes.
