- Wheat balls - make a soft dough of wheat flour after adding one tsp ghee,pinch of salt,pinch of ajwain. Mix 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger garlic salt chilli to sattu flour. Make little dumplings from wheat dough and add one tsp of sattu filling in centra make it round. Bake them in microwave or air fryer or tan door at 180 degree for 30 mins. When they aur done press them and dip them in ghee.keep aside.
- Lentil curry- cook the dal with turmeric and salt. For tempering dal take desi ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds hing chopped onion ginger and garlic red chilli. Add tomatoes and fry,When golden brown pour on the dal and cover with lid.Garnish with green coriander.
- In a bowl mash potato and add salt,red chilli and 1/2 spoon mustard oil. Garnish with coriander
- Peel roasted brinjal add finely chopped onion ginger garlic mustard oil 1/2 spoon salt to taste.garnish with coriander.
