- Mix semolina,curd,water and salt.keer it aside for half an hour.
- For tadka,take a pan add oil then mustard seeds and curry leaves,saute it for 1-2 minutes and add it in the semolina batter.
- Now take idli maker add water to it and heat it till water starts to boil, now after half an hour add eno to batter and constantly stir it so that eno will thoroughly mixed.
