Steps to make Idli sambar:
  1. Soak rice and urad dal for atleast 4 hours separately add some fenugreek seeds
  2. Grind mixture and ferment it overnight by adding salt
  3. Grease idli stand with little oil and pour batter in mould
  4. Steam for 15 min.let it cool
  5. Sambar_ cook tur dal.cut all veggies in cubes(onion,potato,pumpkin,brinjal,drumstick)
  6. Heat oil in kadai put fenugreek seeds,curry leaves.add veggies one by one add turmeric,red chilli powder, sambar masala let it boil till veggies cooked
  7. Add cooked turdal salt, tamarind pulp cook for 5 more mins.
  8. Chutney grind all ingredients.
  9. Serve hot idli with sambar and chutney
