- Take 3 tbsp corn floor
- You need 2 tbsp maida floor
- Use 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
- Prepare 1 tbsp white venegar

Steps to make Paneer satay:
- Crush peanuts well in small pieces
- Take a bowl put cornfloor, maida 1.5 tbsp,salt,red chillypowder,soya sauce, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste and schezwan chutney and make a semi thick batter by mixing water slowly
- Take another pan and add some oil and fry chopped garlic for 1 min then add chopped peanuts and fry them too and then add tomato sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar and stir it well
- Roll paneer in semi thick batter and take a pan and put oil and heat it
- When oil is ready fry paneer for 2 mins on medium flame then flip it and fry again. When paneer is fried or brown turn off the flame
- Add salt to taste and red chilli powder and mix it well and then add some cornfloor with some water to prepare gravy by stirring it well add honey if u wish.
- When gravy is thick add paneer cubes and keep rolling it so that gravy is fully absorbed in paneer
- Cover it and cook for 30s on low flame, ur dish is ready to b served
