  4. Give it 5-6 whistles.
  5. Now take a kadai and add oil to it.
  6. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  7. Now add diced onion to it.
  8. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  9. Add ginger garlic paste to it.
  10. Add green chillies to it.
  11. Now fry it for another 1 minute.
  12. Add tomato puree to it.
  13. Cook it for 5 minutes until it leaves the oil from it.
  14. Now add cumin powder,chat masala and chole masala to it.
  15. Add boiled Kabuli chana along with it's water.
  16. Now cook it for 5-7 minutes until the chana is properly cooked and becomes soft.
  17. You will also find the gravy is thickened.
  18. Turn off the gas and garnish some coriander leaves on it.
  19. Serve it with the roti/bread.
