  1. Idli bnane ke liye suji m curd,salt or sugar ko mix kar ke ghol bana le or 4 ghante ke liye rakh de.
  2. Iske baad Idli sanche m ghol dal kar steam m pakayein or serve karein.
  3. Chutney……. Chutney ki sari samgri mixy jar m dal kar pees le or Curry leaves, mustard seeds or sabut red chilli se tadka lgaye.chutney is ready to serve.
  4. Sambhar………veggies ko wash karein or barik kat le.Arhar ki dal ko wash karein or 3 cup pani, veggies,masale dal kar 2 whistle lgaye.
  5. Ek pan m oil dal kar mustard seeds chatkay Curry leaves, mustard seeds or sabut lal mirch dal kar dal m tadka lgaye.Imli pulp mix karein.
  6. Yadi sambhar gadi lage to thora pani or mix karein or 5 min low flame p cook karein.
