Cook again for 5 - 7 min. For tadka heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Pour it into sambhar. Cover it and keep aside.
  3. Now beat idli batter well. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour this tadka to idli batter. Add salt and eno to batter.Now grease idli moulds and fill batter to moulds. Microwave it for 4 min. Idli is ready. Serve it with sambhar.
