  3. Now add little water and make handva batter consistency. - Then add grated lauki,grated carrot, coriander leaves, green chilli-ginger paste, turmeric powder, rock salt and eno. Mix well.
  4. Now in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, curry leaves. Spread vaghar in a pan. - Pour handva batter and spread evenly. - Cover and cook handva on a medium flame for 15 minutes on one side. - Flip it and cook another side for 10 minutes. - Serve crispy handva with green chutney
