- Add yogurt and mix well. Add kasuri maithi. Bhonofy masala pretty well until oil comes out.
- Now add kalaijee in masala and stir fry on high flamefor just 4 minutes. Add salt at this stage.
- Sprinkle fresh dhania and green chillies. Serve with raita n chapati.
