  24. Prepare 2 green chilli chopped
  25. Get 1 piece ginger chopped
  26. Use 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  27. Provide 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  28. Get 2 lemon juice
  29. You need 6 tomato chopped
  30. Provide 1 cup valor cleaned
  31. Take 1 cup surti papdi
  32. Use 3 tbs gur
  33. Provide 2 cup oil
  34. Take 1/2 tsp each jeera, hing & rai
  35. Get 3 tbs dry coriander powder
  36. You need 2 tbs red chilli powder
  37. You need 1 tbs haldi
  38. Prepare 2 tbs garam masala
  39. You need 2 tbs undhiyu masala
  40. Get 1 cup crushed peanuts
  41. Prepare 2 tbs sesame seeds
  42. You need 4 tbs gram flour roasted.
  43. Take as needed all spices

Instructions to make Undhiyu:
  1. For muthiya..
  2. Mix the all ingredients of muthiya.. Make a dough… Make balls.. Shape the muthiya.. And fry it in hot oil.. Keep aside..
  3. In Roasted gram flour mix oil salt and all masala mix properly…
  4. Ravaiya and vadvani marcha cut in middle and fill this gram flour masala… Take a vessel put some oil add these filled ravaiya in it cook till soft
  5. Now take other vessel add oil in it… Fry boiled potato and sweet potato..
  6. Now take a big vessel add 2 tbs oil jeera.. Add all peas tuver and papdi 's dana.. Add lil salt and haldi.. Cover it with lid.. After few minutes add cauliflower.. Carrot… Cover it.. After few minutes add fried potato.. Sweet potato and muthya in it and some spices… Mix well now add some water and cover it..add cooked ravaiya and stuffed vadvani marcha also..
  7. Now chopped the tomato.. Now take another vessel.. Add oil jeera rai hing.. Now add both the garlic.. Chilli ginger methi.. Saute it for a couple of minutes now add tomatoes and saute it.. Now add all spices.. And some roasted gram flour.. Gur and lemon juice…
  8. Now check the vegetables if cooked than add this gravy on vegetables and mix well by light hand… Mix coriander
  9. Undhiyu is ready..
