- Now take a cake mould and grease it, now fill it half and steam it for 10-12 mins.
- Take 2 tablespoon oil, 1teaspoon sarso/ rai, 2 pinches hing,4-5 slit green chilli, 5-6 curry leaves and fry now, add 4-5 tablespoon lemon juice, 1glass water, 3-4tablespoon sugar and let it to 1boil and now let it cool down.
- Now take out the prepared dhokla from the mould and cut square pieces. Now on top add the water prepared and let it absorb the water. Enjoy!!
