Instructions to make Corn dhokla:
- First boiled the sweet corn and after boiling peeled it
- take a bowl mix semolina, curd, sweet corn,green chillies & ginger paste, salt to taste, hing, turmeric powder, pinch of black pepper& 1 tsp oil.
- Now add water & mix well. Than allow the batter rest for 10 to 15 mins
- After 15 mins rava will absorb water so add some more water & add lemon juice in it & whiske well. Just before steaming add eno and mix well
- Now grease dokla plate with oil & pour dokla batter in it. Steam corn dokla immediately in a hot water steamer. Keep it for 10- 15 mins
- After that dokla is done. Remove it from steamer. Allow it to cook. Than cut it into small diamond shape pieces. Sprinkle coriander on them
- Now for tempering. Heat oil & add mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle. Than pour it on dokla. Dhokla are ready to serve
