  1. Soak rice and all dal for 4 hours. Grind in a mixie. Keep 7 to 8 hours for fermentation.
  2. Take one bowl and pour this dal rice batter in it. Add all masala like ginger garlic green chillies and coriander leaves paste,add asafoetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, curd, jegarry and salt mix altogether. If required add water to adjust consistency. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add Eno into the mixture. Mix well.
  4. Keep one frying pan on flame add approx 1 tablespoon oil let the oil heat now add 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds let it splutter now pour batter into the pan and spread in round shape cover for 5 minutes on low heat now turn on another side and fry till golden brown colour. Prepare remaining pudla same way. Serve with coconut chutney and hot tea.
