Instructions to make Dahi vada:
  1. First wash and soak urad Dal in a bowl for 3-4 hours.after drain well and Blend with some meethi ke dane add very little water in a mixer.
  2. Transfer the Dal mixture into a bowl add mix very well 10 minat
  3. After that take a pan and add some oil and heat some time the you can start deep frying in medium heat with small oval shapes till deep brown in colour.
  4. Note-(or u can make your hand wet with water and take 1 tbsp batter and make small pit and our stuffing in between close it with a tbsp batter and deep fry them)
  5. Drain off in a kitchen paper after this soak the vadas in a 3 time water for 15-15 minutes. squeeze out and drain all the excess water keep aside.
  6. Now take a serving dish or bowl arrange stuffed vadas. Spread beaten curd (curd+sugar ko acche se Mila ke dalna hai) sprinkles homemade dahi bada masala, meethi chutney,Hari chutney, onion chopped,, coriander leaves,and any bhujiya sev. then Serve
