  2. Add water as required and make a batter
  3. Let it rest for 30mins
  4. Then add all the veggies and mix well
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Adjust consistency of batter by adding water if required
  7. Add eno to the batter and mix well
  8. Add mustard seeds curry leaves to oil
  9. Pour the batter to pan and spread evenly
  10. Close the lid and let it cook for 12-15mins on low-medium flame.
  11. Flip it then again cover the lid and cook for 3-4mins
  12. Take out in a serving plate..cut in pieces
  13. Serve with chutney and ketchup
