  1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and add enough water and prepare like chapati dough
  2. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough,roll & flatten it.
  3. Further roll it in a thin circle like chapati
  4. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute
  5. When the base is partly cooked, flip the thepla, also brush some oil/ghee
  6. Once fried nicely from both the sides remove on a plate
  7. Similarly fry rest theplas
  8. Theplas are ready to serve, serve thepla with pickle or plain yogurt
