Steps to make Stuffed Rava Uttapam:
  1. In mixing bowl add whisk curd and rava. Mix well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare potato stuffing: Heat oil in cooking pan,add mustard seeds as splutter add turmeric powder, asafoetida, add mashed potatoes, green chillies ginger paste,salt chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for few minutes.
  3. In small tadka pan add heat oil add urad dal as it turns pink add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Pour this tempering on soaked rava batter.(If batter is thick add little water to make dosa like pouring consistency batter). Add eno, salt and mix well.
  4. Heat dosa tawa,grease lightly with oil. On it pour laddleful of prepared rava batter..spread it to make thick Uttapam. on it spread potato stuffing mixture..as shown. Sprinkle oil/ ghee on it.
  5. Pour another laddleful of prepared rava batter on it (it should be completely covered). Sprinkle oil/ ghee. Cover and cook for few minutes till lower side turns crispy golden. Flip and cook another side for few minutes till lower side turns crispy golden..as shown. Similarly prepare All.
