- Soak Semolina in curd for 1/2 hour. After that add cumin seeds, salt, sugar, water. Mix it and keep a side.
- Make Stuffing: smash boil potatoes in bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, green chillies ginger paste. Add tempering. In pan add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, Curry leaves and turmeric powder. Put in potato masala. Stuffing is ready.
