- Firstly boiled the toor dal.then take a pan add oil and heat it up then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped onion, chopped potatoes, chopped pumpkin, chopped bottle gourd all vegetables mix it well.Cook it 5 minutes.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hing, sambhar masala, curry leaves.mix it well all masala cook it 5 minutes.
- Then all vegetable masala mix in boiled dal.add water and jaggery cook it 5 minutes.last add coriander leaves.sambhar is ready.
- For idli.take a bowl add sooji,curd,salt,water mix it well properly.then last add. eno powder
- Take a pan add water and keep on top of place large plate.then keep on top of little plates and add the ildi batter.cook it 10 minutes.
- Take a pan add oil,chana dal, garlic, ginger, green chilli,curry leaves,salt.blend it.then for tadka heat the oil add mustard seeds.
