  1. Take a bowl add Rava, curd and add water make a thick batter. And rest it for 15 minutes.
  2. After that add more water to make it the right consistency, add salt, ginger paste and mix well.
  3. Now boil the water in a kadai put stand in bottom. grease tin/ plate.
  4. Now add Eno (fruit salt) in a batter and mix it gently and pour it in the greased tin.
  5. Now put the tin in a stand steam for 15 minutes at low medium flame. After that cool down and demold it.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan add mustard seed, slit green chilli, curry leave on it. Add 1cup water, 3 spoon sugar 1/2 spoon salt, lemon juice cook for 5 minutes. Pour this tempering evenly into the dhokla pieces rest for 10 minutes than serve.
