- Prepare 3 Onions

- Take 2 Tea Spoon Besan
- Prepare 2 Tea Spoon Salt
- Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- Use 1 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi
Steps to make Paneer Masala:
- Chop Onions very-very finely, grind tomatoes, green chillies & Ginger garlic paste finely into purée in a mixer grinder.
- Cut Paneer into cubes or whatever shape you like & roast them in a pan till golden brown on all sides.
- Now take a bowl, add water in with 1 Teaspoon Salt & mix it properly.
- Now add roasted paneer pieces in it & let them rest till gravy gets prepared.
- Now take a kadhai, add 1/4 Cup Desi Ghee in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When ghee gets heated up, add Khade masale in it & let them sizzle.
- When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in colour.
- After 3 minutes, when they start changing colour, add 1 Teaspoon Haldi Powder in it & roast them till golden brown.
- Now add finely finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.
- After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, lower the flame, add 1/2 Cup Dahi in it & start stirring it immediately so that it doesn’t get burned.
- Now add paneer cubes with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & Butter cube in it with some water & mix them properly.
- Cook them for 4-5 minutes.
- Your Paneer Masala is ready to be served.
