- Chop Green Chillies very-very finely & grind tomato finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

- Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Mustard oil in it & keep the gas on high flame to burn the oil first.

- After 2 minutes, add finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.
- After 4-5 minutes, lower the flame & add 1 Cup Dahi in it & cook them for 2-3 minutes,
- After 2-3 minutes, add boiled aloo pieces in it with some water & mix them properly.
- Now cover the lid & cook them for 10-15 minutes
- After 10-15 minutes, Open the lid & add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.
