- Heat oil in a pan,add tejpata,cardamom and cumin seeds.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and chopped onion.

- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then lower the flame add curd ana cook for 5mins.
- In the cooked mixture add1glass of water,sugar and salt.
- Add green peas ana let all the mixture boil.
- After that add paneer and again let it cook for 5mins.
- Add garam masala and kasuri methi powder and turn off the flame.
- Gravy Matar paneer is ready to serve.
