- In a kadai take 2 cups of water and keep a stand and keep for boiling. By the time grease a plate with oil.
- Add 1/2 sachet eno to one batch of batter and mix it well. Pour the mixture in the greased plate and keep it on the stand kept in kadai.Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 mins
- Check with a knife. If it comes out clean means it's done. Off the gas.
- For tempering: Take a kadai and add1 tbsp oil and add rai and curry leaves and as it crackles pout this mixture over the dhokla. Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Let it cool completely. Then serve with chutney of ur choice. Same way make the second batch.
