- Mix both daal and rice soaked it for 4-5 hrs. Drain it's water grind it nicely
- Make it's batter add some water. Heat a tawa add 1/2 tbsp oil add uttappam batter in it add some chopped onion tomato boiled poatao, shimla mirch green chilli and all masalas. Cover it slow flame for 2 mins
- Flip add 1/2 tbsp oil and crisp it from both the sides. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney
