Instructions to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Boil water in a pot add the palak leaves. Let it boil for 5 mins. Strain the leaves and keep aside.
  2. In a kadai, add Butter and add the ingredients given for masala one by one and saute well till the onions becomes translucent and tomatoes becomes mushy.
  3. Cool it completely and add to a mixie jar along with the palak leaves. Grind to a smooth paste.
  4. In another kadai, add butter. Keep the flame in medium and add the ground paste.
  5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and required water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
  6. Atlast add paneer. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add fresh cream. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
  8. Now it's ready hot to serve with Chapathi, Roti, Naan and Phulka.
