- Combian the curd& besan in a big bowl & whisk well till no lumps remain.add required water.
- Heat ghee in a kadhai, add mustard seed, then cumin seeds,& fenugreek seeds, when the seeds crackle add asafoetida, cloves, curry leaves saute. Add in a prepared mixture, then add salt, garlic, ginger, chili paste, sugar, mix well, boil for 2 minutes. Stir continuously.
- Reduce flame & simmer for 5-7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
