Steps to make Veg Khandvi Balls:
  1. Oil is heated add peas (not Boiled), red, yellow and Green Capsicum, spring onion, French beans and Green Chilli.
  2. Cook for 1 to 2 min and veggies has turned crunchy.
  3. Add salt to taste, add potato (Not Boiled, grated), cook for 1 to 2 min.
  4. After 2 min turn off gas and let the veggies cool down.
  5. In a bowl & add Besan Flour, salt, Curd, turmeric Powder and hing.
  6. Mix it well. Add water as required and consistency of the batter should be medium.
  7. Take another kadhai add batter stir continuously. After 1 min add veggies and mix it together.
  8. Cook the batter on medium flame till a dough is formed.
  9. It's been 5 min and the batter is getting thick now. Add Coriander.
  10. After few min. It has started leaving pan but sticky add 2 tsp oil.
  11. After 25 min dough is ready. Check it the is not sticking to fingers it's means it is ready. - Once dough turns from hot to warm take some oil on palms. Give a circle shape to dough.
  12. Tempering - Add oil and keep flame b/w medium flame.
  13. Add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilli and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 min.
  14. Add Khandvi Balls and stir it properly. Cook for 5 min. Khandvi Balls is ready. Garnish with Coriander and dry coconut
