  1. Cut dates from center and remove it's seed. - Wash pan leaves and wipe them with clean cloth. Cut it's slits. - Assemble all ingredients.
  2. Add pan masala, saunf, dhaniya dal, crushed cardamoms seeds, half of gulkand, desicatted coconut in a bowl. Mix all properly. Keep it aside. Now take one khajoor (date). Fill 1/2 tsp pan masala in khajoor.
  3. Take one Pan leave. Put some gulkand and stuffed khajoor on pan leaf. Then fold pan. Fix it with laung. Repeat this process for all pans.
  4. Break chocolate compound in small piece. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Stir it. Again microwave it for 1 to 2 minute. Mix it well. Chocolate is ready to coat. - Take one khajoor pan. Keep it on fork. Pour melted chocolate over it.. Tap once to drain the extra chocolate.
