  1. Wash rice and all dal for 4 to 5 hours. Later place it everything in a mixer jar blend smooth coarsely.add curd turmeric salt and rest for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour add grated bottle gourd into it add peas green chili and ginger salt baking powder turmeric red chilli powder and sugar and mix it. Mix wel the batter it should be thick like idli batter consistency.
