  1. Vada method -Tuar dal and urad dal soaked 4 to 5 hour and wash it then drain it.
  2. Dal keep in grinder and add ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and make a thick paste.
  3. Now add salt, hing, coriander leaves and mix it for 5 to 10 mins. Ready to a flippy paste.
  4. In a kadhai, add some oil in medium flame. Now take a small size bowl and cover it with a cotton cloth and keep the vada batter and make a hole with thumb in the center and slide in the Kadai.
  5. Ready to eat vada..
  6. Sambhar: Cut all the veggies and wash it. Take a cooker and add all the veggies and dal put in a cooker 1 glass of water, salt, haldi pressure cook it for 10 to 15 min at the slow flame for 3 to 4 whistles.
  7. Take a big kadhai and add 1 spoon of oil and let it heat. Now add jeera, rai, curry leaves, green chilli and onion. When the onion is light brown add the tomatoes and all dry masalas and mix it.
  8. Now add sambhar mixture and some water tamarind pulp and jaggery and mix it and boil it for 5 to 10 min.
  9. Now turn off the flame and transfer to a small vessel. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with vada and coconut chutney.
