  9. Pour the batter in the cavities cover and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Once the bottom part of appam looks golden, flip and cook on other side, use a sharp knife or a skewer to do so.
  10. Once cooked well on both sides, remove carefully using a skewer.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.
