  4. Slice the tomatoes horizontally and lay them on the top of the fish curry.Cover the wok with the lid and let simmer on low flame!(5 mins) Now prepare the mix of cornflour and coconut milk. (Take a cup of warm water and mix in 3 tbsps. of coconut milk powder. add the cornflour too into this).
  5. After 2 mins of open pan cooking,carefully, put off the flame. Its now ready for seasoning!
  6. Now take a small pan, add 1 tbsp. oil, add the chopped onions, sauté, adding the red chillies.add curry leaves. when done, do pour this onto the fish curry. serve hot with porotta or appam. You will want more and more. Have a nice meal!!!
