- Soak urad dal moong dal chana dal in water overnight. The next morning drain extra water add onion, ginger garlic, green chilli cumin seeds, salt, in the mixer and make a fine mixture keep aside for few hours.
- Beat curd well and keep aside. Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds,red chilli dried and grind into fine powder. Now add all the masala into the curd.
- Cook Jaggery and tamarind well if needed add little water to make sweet chutney.
- Take kadhai add oil and fry vadas, drain out and add water and keep for 3 -4 minutes, press vadas with hands to squeeze out extra water.
- Take bowl add vada spread curd and tamarind chutney. Adjust spices and serve.
