  1. For Lasun Chutney dry roast all the ingredients and grind to make chutney along with salt.
  2. In besan add haldi and salt.
  3. Add water little by little and make a smooth batter and keep aside for 1/2 hour atleast.
  4. Mash boiled potatoes, add chopped curry leaves and in a small pan add oil rai and ginger garlic paste with haldi stir for 2 mins and add this to potatoes.
  5. Mix well with salt and lemon juice
  6. Make balls of equal size dip in batter and fry the vadas
