- For preparing the vadas: Heat a wok and put oil in it and then put the punch phoran in it.
- When the mustard from the punch phoran crackle then add the chopped onion, green chilli and curry leaves in it.
- When the onion become transluscent then add the add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder in it and mix it well.
- Then add the peanuts in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Then add the boiled mashed potatoes along with salt in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now the potato mixture is ready.
- Prepare the gram flour batter by mixing all the ingredients of it and the batter must not be so thick or watery.
- Make small balls of the potato mixture, deep them in the batter and then deep fry them in oil till they become golden in colour.
- Now cut the bread into round shapes with the help of a cookie cutter or a bottle cap and roast them in the tawa by brushing the butter.
- Now prepare the chutney by dry roasting the garlic, peanuts and grated coconut.
- Then grind them along with the chilli powder, salt and dry red chilli without adding water.
- Now put the chutney over the mini bread and put the vada over it. Then put a fried green chilli over it.
