- Roughly mix with the help of spoon and later crumble with hand.Add water and combine well and prepare soft dough.Grease hands with oil and pinch small ball sized dough.
- Prepare ball and flatten over greased palm.
- Take a wok or frying pan and put the oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, drop the flattened dough carefully into the oil.
- Let one side get fried well and become a light golden then turn over and fry the other side.fry till the maddur vada turns golden and crisp.
