  3. Get 1 bowl Gulkand

  2. In a double boiler, put chopped whittaker white chocolate compound and keep stirring till it melts.
  3. Once melted, turn off the flame and take off the bowl. Now add green food colour to it.
  4. Mix and temper the chocolate well till it turns shiny and cools down to room temperature
  5. Add paan essence drops to the chocolate and mix.
  6. In chocolate bar mould, put 1st bowl's paan gulkand mix as base and then pour 2nd bowl chocolate mix on it.
  7. Tap once to remove air bubbles if any. (Dont tap much so the base paan design doesn't disappears from base).
  8. Once set well on room temp, keep it in fridge fr 10-15 mins. Once done, demould it and serve.
