  1. Wash and soak the dals for minimum 30 minutes.
  2. In a pressure cooker add all the three dals, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, ghee.

  8. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, mix with spoon and add tadka to dal, cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
