- Grind mint leaves, ginger, green chilli with water and strain it and keep it aside.

- Add smashed potato and salt to it and mix it well. keep it aside
- Take another frying pan add oil mustard seeds, onion, tomato,chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder
- Add dhal, peas, smashed potatoes and ground paste and water, salt to it
- For ground paste take the powder and add water and mix it well now the ground paste is ready
- Leave it to the boiling point. now the masala is ready
- Take the puri's make it a small hole, stuff the potato masala, onion, carrot, add mint juice 1 tsp, pour the masala on it and sparkle the onion, carrot, coriander leaves on it
