- Take 1 tbsp Black gram skinned

- Provide For chutney:
- Get 2 tbsp Daliya
- Prepare 1 TSP Jeera

- Get 1/2 TSP sugar
- Take 2 tbsp Curd
- Get Green coriander
Instructions to make Semolina(Rava) Appe !!:
- In a pot, take 2 cup of Semolina add Curd, Salt and mix it. Add 1 cup of water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, take oil in a pan and heat it. Add Jeera, Asafoetida, curry leaves, red and green chillies and Black gram to it.
- Let it crackle for a minute and add this to the batter. Mix everything well. The batter should have a dropping consistency, if not add little water to it. Add 1/2 TSP of Baking soda and mix it well so that it gets fluffy.
- Take Appe Patra (mould) and grease it with Oil, put it on gas on medium flame and put this batter in mould one by one and cover it with a lid.
- After 2 minutes, turn each Appe upside down, add a drop of oil. Let it cook for 2 minutes again on medium flame.
- Once they get golden brown and crispy, take out all the Appe.
- For chutney, take Daliya, Chilli,Coriander leaves, Sugar, Salt and Curd and add little water and grind it well.
