  3. Now filled half modal mold with melted chocolate set it is for 5 minutes.. Than add Paan masala stuffing… Pour another layer of melted chocolates over it… Rotate tap to release air bubbles
  4. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes
  5. . Than demold modak on a plate rake some shimmer with spoon and spread slowly over all modaks.. Lat it set for 30 minutes in refrigerator
