  17. Take 10-12 Cashewnuts
Instructions to make Chicken Handi:
  1. Marinate chicken wt curd & salt fr 15 mnt. Cook till all the water dried.
  2. Grind onion in a mixer & make a fine paste. In a vessel add 2 tbsp oil, all garam masala, onion paste, salt and fried fr 5 minutes.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves stir well. Now add tomato ketchup, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mix well & cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water.
  4. Add chicken, cashewnuts powder, cream mix well. Cover & cook fr 10 mintues on low flame.
  5. Now in a pan add butter, capsicum, onion layers, curry leaves, cummin seed, dry red chilli, fry for 2 minutes & than add it in the gravy. Your Chicken Handi is ready serve with chapati & naan.
