- Take 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp Green Chilli chopped
Instructions to make Muri Ghonto:
- Marinate the fish head with salt & turmeric powder, keep asid for 5 mins
- Heat the pan, roast gobindo bhog rice/ short grain rice little bit, fry for 15 sec.
- Add mustard oil in hot pan, fry the fish head very well.
- Now fry potatoes very well.
- Take 4 tbsp oil in hot pan.
- Add whole garam masala, bay leaves & dry red chilli fry for 15 sec.
- Add chopped onion,fry till become golden brown.
- Add chopped tomato,fry for 1min in medium flame.
- Add ginger paste, green chilli paste mix it well.
- Add cumin powder, red chilli powder,, turmeric powder, mixed it well.
- Add 2tbsp water & cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
- Add fried potatoes, fried broken fish head & garam masala powder. Mixed it well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
- Add gobindo bhog rice, mixed well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
- Add 2 & 1/2 cup water, when boiling add salt & sugar, mixed it well.
- Close the lid for 5 mins, cook in medium flame.
- Now cook in high flame, add garam masala powder & ghee, mixed it well.
- Put off your gas oven, close the lid for 5 mins.
- After 5 mins Muri ghanto is ready, serve it hot.
