- You need 2 normal size onions

- Get 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Prepare 1/4 cup Milk
- Provide 1 tbsp butter
- Provide to taste salt

- Provide 1/4 cup chopped Corriender
- Provide 2 chopped Green chillies
Instructions to make Chicken handi:
- At first add 1 cup of oil in a pan then add chopped onions in it let then golden brown..
- Now add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and broil for 2 min then add 1kg of chicken in it then broil for 5 min then add 25gm Shan handi masala, to taste salt,1/3cup beaten yougert and broil for 5 to 10 min
- Beside this add water in another pan and add tomatoes in it and give one boil then take them out of water and Peel off there skin then grind them and make paste
- Then add them in the chicken and broil for 5 min cover and let the chicken tenderize…Now when chicken tenderize add 1/2cup fresh cream 1/4cup of milk and 1tbsp butter grind them all and make a paste then add it in the chicken gravy cover for 5 min then garnish green chilli and corriender and serve…
