  1. Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients - wheat flour, corn flour, salt, soda and ghee together add water make a dough. Now divide the dough into small- small pieces and make the balls.

  5. Heat a large Kasai with oil add cumin seeds fennel seeds, hing, ginger garlic paste and saute well. Now add green chilli, salt and turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder Mix well for a minute. Now add water and boil it also add curd and stir continuously till 5 minutes. Add gatte and mix well. Boil it For 5 minutes and cover it for 10 minutes After 10 minutes turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves and serve with Bafla.
