- Then take oil in pan and add fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, chillies and fry. Once dals r brown add amla pieces and saute till they r soft.
- Add turmeric, 2tsp salt. Saute for some time. Add amla pieces n saute till thry r soft n tender. Then transfer to a steel bowl n let the mixture cool.
- Then grind to a coarse to fine paste. Then give seasoning to it. Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera and asafoetida, few red chillies and curry leaves.
- Once they splutter add to the grounded chutney. Mix well n have it with roti or steamed rice.
